Opt-out policy

If we emailed you about a preview of your website and you'd rather we didn't, any one of these works:

• Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email.
• Reply to the email with "STOP", "no thanks", or anything that says you're not interested.
• Press "Take this preview down" on your preview or offer page.
• Email hello@sprucedsites.com.

What happens next

Within 24 hours, usually within the hour: your preview is deleted, and your email address, your website's domain, and your business name go on our permanent do-not-contact list. We check that list before every step, so a business on it is never looked at, rebuilt, or emailed again, even if it turns up in a later search.

We don't send a confirmation email unless you asked us a question.

How often we email

At most twice, ever: one email with your preview and one follow-up a week later if we haven't heard back. Then we stop.
